1. Production & Delivery Timeline (8–10 Weeks Total)

All Sacred Haven jewelry is made to order.
The full timeline from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is:

8–10 weeks total

This includes:

forming and refining your piece
finishing and quality checks
packaging preparation
shipping and delivery

No additional time is added beyond this window.

2. Shipping Time (Within the 8–10 Weeks)

Once your piece completes production, it is packaged and dispatched.

Typical transit time (part of the 8–10 weeks):

US & Canada : approx. 5–9 business days

These delivery durations are already included in the total 8–10 week timeline.

3. Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates to appear.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your region.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Sacred Haven cannot control or predict these charges.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours at hello@sacredhavenrituals.com.
We cannot reroute packages once dispatched.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Sacred Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact your carrier for assistance with delivery issues.

8. High-Volume or Limited Drops

During collection launches or high-order periods, production flow remains the same, but small delays may occur.
Any updates will be communicated directly via email.
